Description: fast zero-dependency SemVer toolkit for ESM and TypeScript
 node-verkit is a complete Semantic Versioning toolkit: it parses,
 normalizes, compares and increments versions, and it parses and evaluates
 version ranges such as "^1.2.3" or ">=1.0.0 <2.0.0".

 Unlike node-semver, which exposes a SemVer class, verkit provides
 functional, individually importable named exports (parse, satisfies,
 isLess, rangesIntersect, findMaxSatisfying, ...) operating on plain
 mutable records, so that bundlers can tree-shake the unused parts.
