  * Switch back to old-style build system will multiple builds and fallback
    between various CPUs.
  * Add amd64 optimized builds for XOP/AVX with proper fallback to
    a non-optimized binary.
  * Add libgmp-dev to Build-Depends as it seems to be needed now.
  * Add libpcap0.8-dev to Build-Depends as it seems to be needed now.
  * Build all CPU versions even if the build daemon does not support it.
